Standard Cleaning is designed for homes that are already regularly maintained and covers routine cleaning throughout the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces. Deep Cleaning includes everything in a Standard Cleaning with additional attention to buildup and commonly overlooked areas such as baseboards, doors and door frames, window sills, corners, fixtures, high-touch surfaces, and detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning. Deep Cleaning is recommended for first-time visits, seasonal resets, homes that haven't been professionally cleaned recently, or homes preparing to begin recurring service.

Residential cleaning prices are based primarily on the size and layout of the home, including bedrooms and bathrooms, along with the type of cleaning, condition of the space, and any requested add-ons. Larger homes and certain properties may be priced based on square footage. Commercial cleaning is quoted after a walkthrough so we can understand the full scope of work, cleaning frequency, areas requiring special attention, and high-touch surfaces.

No. You can provide access through a doorman, lockbox/key, door code, or another agreed-upon method. Access information is treated as confidential and is used only as necessary to perform scheduled services.

Yes. Prime Care Cleaning provides our own cleaning supplies and primarily uses eco-friendly products selected with homes, children, and pets in mind. Customers may request the use of their own products. Prime Care Cleaning cannot guarantee results or accept responsibility for product-related damage caused by customer-supplied products when they are used as directed.

For the best results, please tidy everyday belongings such as toys, clothing, and miscellaneous items before your cleaner arrives. Please also secure valuables and take care of excessive dishes. Light dishwashing of up to approximately 10 items is included with Standard Cleaning. Larger amounts may require an additional service charge.

Cleaning time varies based on the type of service, size and condition of the property, and selected add-ons. Any time estimate provided is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Our priority is completing the agreed-upon scope of work to the Prime Standard.

If the condition or scope of the property is significantly different from what was described when booking, we'll contact you before performing substantial additional work. With your approval, additional time or services may be added for an additional charge. If you choose not to approve the additional work, we'll complete the originally booked service to the best of our ability within its original scope.

Prime Care Cleaning serves all five NYC boroughs as well as select areas of Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Travel fees may apply depending on location, distance, tolls, parking, and other transportation expenses. Any applicable travel charges will be disclosed as part of your quote.
